Founded in 2002, Develon was one of the first agencies in Italy to interpret digital not just as a technical tool, but as a strategic lever for business. With over twenty years of experience, it has evolved from a digital boutique to a solid operating holding. 2002 - Develon is born
Develon is born: with the goal of developing entrepreneurial initiatives in the digital sphere and building structured models. Develon quickly positions itself among the top Web Agencies in the country. Its growth encompasses all innovations in the digital field, riding the wave of the great technological transformation of those years.
2012 - 2014 - The evolution begins
The business model is evolving, moving from a Digital company to a Creator of digital companies. Internal expertise is expanding, the operational structure is being strengthened, and new digital projects are being launched with an increasingly organised approach.

In 2014, to support growth, the first investor joined Develon. Develon raised €2 million to dedicate to the development of new proprietary platforms, still in the digital sphere. The R&D path, supported by the financial plan, is guided by an internal team dedicated 100%% to research and technological innovation.
2016 - First Exit

First important milestone of growth and value realisation through the divestment of an initiative developed within the Group.
2017 - Exit Theory
